SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT & REVITALIZATION FOR FIRST NATIONS
sharing in the spirit of revitalization
A new era has emerged for Indigenous peoples and today it is no longer acceptable to look the other way as the fastest growing demographic group in Canada continues to multiply living under third world conditions. To this end, SDNR FOR FIRST NATIONS was founded at York University and the Schulich School of Business in 2015 after two years of consulting with Professors, Elders, and Chiefs from isolated reserves. As such, SDNR understands the importance of building bridges and community engagement. By liaising with academia, stakeholders, Chiefs, Band Councillors, and government bodies, we uphold Indigenous rights, create major fundraising incentives and we share in the spirit of revitalization to ensure Mother Earth is protected and prosperity sharing is fulfilled.
